BetBull announced it would cease its operations on July 5, 2022. Below, you'll find a FAQ section that addresses common concerns, along with important deadlines.


How do I withdraw my funds?

I'm worried about what will happen to my account balance if I didn't manage to withdraw it by July 5, 2022.

If you didn’t get your funds out before July 5, 2022, BetBull is doing everything possible to get your money back to you, utilizing the payment method that's registered in your account.

On behalf of customers, BetBull will initiate withdrawals using the payment methods linked to their accounts, though refunds may take up to 21 days for finalization.

Should BetBull be unable to issue a refund, they’ll reach out via email for updated details. If they're unable to complete the transaction or if your balance is under £1, you’ll need to contact customer support directly for a refund.


What happens to my outstanding bets?

For bets that were completed after midnight on June 26, 2022, they will be canceled and the wager amount will be returned to your account for you to withdraw.


Do I need to worry about closing my account, or is it okay to let it simply phase out?

There's no necessity to close your account manually.


Can I still cash out any open bets that I have?

The ability to cash out was available until midnight on June 26, 2022. Those bets that settled afterward will be voided, and stake amounts will be refunded to your account.


Is it possible for me to add a different payment method for taking out my funds?

What if my account is locked, timed-out, or suspended? Can I still access my funds?

Even if your account is temporarily locked or in a cool-down state, you're still able to withdraw your funds. For help, contact Customer Support via email. [email protected] .


What's the fate of my account information once the platform shuts down?
